Breastfeeding, or nursing, is a blessing that begins with every newborn, so that the mother might provide the baby with all the nutrition it needs. Breast milk contains antibodies that help the infant fight off viruses immensely. The death of around 820,000 children could be prevented globally every year with increased breastfeeding.
