Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society® (MDS), we are pleased to invite you to the International Congress of Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders® in Seoul, Korea from October 4-8, 2026.

Seoul is a vibrant global city where centuries-old tradition meets cutting-edge innovation. From historic palaces and temples to a dynamic cultural scene and advanced medical and research infrastructure, Seoul offers a compelling and inspiring setting for scientific exchange. As a leading hub for healthcare, technology, and academia, the city provides an ideal backdrop for advancing Movement Disorders research, education, and care.

The theme of the 2026 International Congress, "Understanding Aging in Movement Disorders," reflects the growing importance of aging-related mechanisms in the development, progression, and management of movement disorders. This meeting will bring together our global community of clinicians, scientists, and healthcare professionals to share groundbreaking research, explore multidisciplinary approaches to care, and engage in world-class movement disorders education. Among the many cutting-edge sessions, look forward to lively discussions on emerging science, clinical challenges, and controversies, as well as the anticipated MDS Video Challenge featuring rare and complex cases.

As always, MDS provides invaluable opportunities for networking, leadership development, and stimulating scientific dialogue in support of the Society's mission. We look forward to welcoming you to Seoul.
