The #EFIC2027 Congress will include lectures, workshops and symposia, refresher courses, and networking initiatives covering all aspects of pain, from research to clinical practice. It will also feature master classes and plenary sessions on cutting-edge topics, helping you stay ahead of new developments in pain science and management. This edition of the Congress will be held under the timely and unifying theme: “Building Bridges in Pain: Thriving through Communication.” 

Despite continuous progress, translating scientific knowledge into clinical application remains a major challenge. Our #EFIC2027 aims to contribute to bridge this gap under the motto of Communication. Communication not only across the different specialties which contribute to develop the best pain management options, but also across a wide spectrum of researchers, clinicians, policymakers, … and patients, without whom relevant progress is unlikely to come. The Congress will be a unique opportunity to hear from world-leading experts, discover innovations in translational research and implementation science, and strengthen collaboration across professions.
