This congress will be a mainly online event as it will be expected that in the period February a new outbreak of Corona or in relation to Influenza nurses might not be able to travel or need to be at their location. But with this restriction we also see opportunities, to have more nurse from Europe engaging online, personal or in company.

Whereas we set the scene in 2019 on the topic of the future roles, and explored the great variety of health domains and specialities in 2020, in 2021 the congress will have a dynamic character with a range of national regulatory representatives. The Wednesday afternoon will be mainly centred on the personal stories, speaking out and lessons learned from over a very dynamic year related to the Corona outbreak. The Thursday afternoon will be an abundance of presentations through an open call for abstracts including online posters, video’s and podcasts. The Friday afternoon we have discussions, debated both plenary and in break-out sessions with online participation, reflecting contribution of specialist nurses already shaping the future.

We like to encourage to save the dates 24, 25 and 26 February 2021 afternoons to engage person but also in company online event from all European regions. Prior to the congress day, the an ongoing video tour will start on all coming presentations and introductions of speakers.
