It is a great honor for me to be the president of the “XXVI Ibero-Latin American Congress of Plastic Surgery FILACP Panama 2026” that will be held in Panama City, at the Amador Convention Center on April 21, 22, 23 and 24, 2026. This is the most important scientific event of the Ibero-Latin American Federation of Plastic Surgery and will be organized by the Panamanian Association of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery (APCPER).

This event is held regularly every two years and brings together thousands of plastic surgeons from all over Latin America. We worked hard from early on to offer an unprecedented scientific and social event. In terms of science, we have invited expert professors from all our representative countries who will share their experiences and recommendations to make Ibero-Latin American plastic surgery the most innovative and safe on the planet. As for social matters, we will offer a varied and fun program to make friends and strengthen fraternal relations between our sister countries.

Panama is the hub of the Americas with many tourist attractions, an excellent and varied gastronomic offer. We are sure that it will be an unforgettable experience in every sense.
