The Dominican Republic will host the XXIII Ibero Latin American Congress of Plastic Surgery. The Organizing Committee has begun preparations for this great event, to provide a great scientific and Ibero-Latin American fellowship party to all participants. We invite all Plastic Surgeons and their companions to enjoy the most important scientific event of the Ibero Latin American Federation of Plastic Surgery (FILACP) where we will have the opportunity to update knowledge, as well as benefit from the personal contributions and experiences of the invited speakers on varied topics in the different areas of attention of our specialty. The occasion will be conducive to enjoy the warmth and hospitality offered by the Dominican Republic, its people, its beaches, its monuments.

I am very pleased to announce our next Great Biennial Congress of the FILACP! We dress up and it is the maximum meeting point between the representatives of the countries of the Federation. 

I am very excited for your participation in all events! And now more than we go to the paradisiacal Punta Cana, Dominican Republic! We were there and the facilities are magnificent! The local organizers have put a lot of effort into every detail to their satisfaction and also that an extraordinary scientific program is being prepared. 

We will be very satisfied and happy about this congress! As was the past in Lima Peru. Go making provision and see you in Punta Cana in April of the year 2020. A fraternal hug to all the members of the federation.

Dear Colleagues Plastic Surgeons. 

It is an immense honor for me to invite you, on behalf of the Ibero-Latin American Federation of Plastic Surgery (FILACP) and the Dominican Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SODOCIPRE), to participate in the XXIII Filacp Congress, which will take from April 29 to May 2, 2020. 

The meeting point for this great event will be the Hard Rock Convention Center of Punta Cana, a hotel with beautiful facilities to enjoy with the whole family. The Scientific Committee is preparing a high-level academic program, from which we can nourish ourselves with the presentations of important professors of the World Plastic Surgery, update us with the latest trends in our specialty, while we will exchange experiences that will strengthen the professional practice of each of the participating congressmen. This combined with an entertaining social program for Plastic Surgeons and their companions that will continue to strengthen the bonds of fellowship and brotherhood among the members of this great Latin American Ibero family. 

We are working hard, with much time in advance, taking care of every detail, to carry out an event as all the members of our federation deserve and to make your stay in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, pleasantly memorable.
