The Orthopaedic Department and the Arthroscopy Unit at Kasr Al Ainy University - Faculty of Medicine are organizing the 4th Kasr Al Ainy Annual Cadaveric Shoulder Course 2019 with special focus on the different aspects of shoulder arthroscopic potentials including rathroscopy, arthroplasty and Latarjet interactive case scenarios & decision making. Welcome to our "4th Annual Kasr Al Ainy Cadaveric Shoulder Course", 18th and 19th April 2019.
Since our first successful course in 2016, we are trying to make a different theme every year. This year what is new is the interactive case scenario sessions with you voting and discussing every aspect of the cases presented. Along with lectures, crossfires and case and video presentations.
Cadaveric sessions are going from very basic knowledge to advanced procedures as well as arthroplasties, including hemiarthroplasty, anatomical shoulder arthroplasty and reversed shoulder arthroplasty.
This year there is special emphasis on Latarjet procedure, AC reconstruction and transosseos rotator cuff repair.
There is a vast amount of knowledge and innovation in shoulder surgeries every year that we hope that we can be able to share with you. Hope for all of you the best.
