The Practice Innovations Co-Chairs, Dr. Kat Gallus and Nikki Favata have designed a collaborative meeting that will equip you with the tools you need to develop to succeed in the new reality. We will teach you how to modernize your marketing, including insights on consumer decision making and social media platforms. You will learn different ways to diversify your practice and maximize revenue, particularly during times of change. We will discuss different ways to grow the team, including working with non-physician providers, adding an operating suite and new tech. You will also learn how to protect your assets from potential fraud, nuances to patient financing and managing inventory.

In addition, you will have an opportunity to network with colleagues before and after the meeting in a fun, virtual environment. Plus, the first 200 domestic registrants will receive a registration box to make this a meeting you don't want to miss!
