PLASTIC AND AESTHETIC RESEARCHThe aim of this paper is to discuss an updated technique for dorsal augmentation during rhinoplasty using diced cartilage wrapped in fascia. The usage of diced cartilage has been variously described in the literature with consistently satisfactory results.
