Synchronous Breast Implant–associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma and Invasive Carcinoma: Genomic Profiling and Management Implications

The patient is a 59-year-old woman who had cosmetic augmentation with Allergan 468 textured saline implants at age 41. In subsequent years, she underwent routine screening mammography according to recommended guidelines. Eighteen years after implant augmentation, she developed swelling of the left breast.
